Held at the historic Toodyay Racecourse, this event offers a blend of thrilling horse races, live entertainment, delicious food, and vibrant community spirit.

Location: Toodyay Racecourse, 172 Racecourse Road, Toodyay

Gates Open: 11:00 AM

First Race: Approximately 1:00 PM

Event Information:

Dress Code: Country Race Day Chic

Ladies: Dresses, fascinators or hats, and comfortable yet chic footwear suitable for grassy terrains.

Gents: Collared shirts, dress pants, and optional ties or bowties.

Note: The event is outdoors; consider bringing a hat, sunscreen, and a light jacket for the evening.

Accommodation & Transport

On-Property Camping:

Wedding guests are welcome to stay a second night at the property. Whether you have a tent, caravan, or campervan, you're invited to extend the festivities.

Shuttle Service:

If there's sufficient interest, we'll arrange a shuttle bus to and from the racecourse. Please RSVP by 30 June 2025 if you'd like to use this service.
